Christiane has been helping us progress since 1999, the year she passed her Preliminar Test. Every year for the past 20 years she has attended the summer School at St-Andrews and has always encouraged members old and new to accompany her on this annual trip. She is very much involved in the running of the group of which she is also President. She manages to promote a warm, friendly atmosphere while making sure we point our toes.

Raphaëlle started dancing at an early age. She has been awarded the Full Teaching Certificate by the RSCDS in 2008. Every year she takes part in the Summer School in St-Andrews and has often been recruited to dance with the demonstration team. 

An experienced teacher, excellent dancer and long term member of our group, Laure teaches some of our classes. She also publishes an e-zine for the group members, ScotchCorner, which looks into the history of the dances studied in class and more generally into Scottish culture.

Patrick has danced since his earliest childhood. He attends Summer School almost every year and got his Teacher's Certificate in 1999. He teaches the «Chardon d'Ecosse» group in Paris. Not only is he an exceptional dancer but his lessons of both Scottish country dancing and Highland dancing are always very much appreciated by everyone. He comes to Lyon 3 or 4 times a year.
