AND ACTIVITIES:
Friday 9 MARCH 19.30-22.30: dance, no beginners ; programme sent when you book Saturday 10 MARCH 9.30: welcome! 9.45-12.15: 2 SCD classes for 2 levels with 1/4 hour break. You can choose for yourself where to have lunch and
dinner, there is a variety of cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Picnics are accepted on the premises. 14.00–
15.00 : Highland for advanced dancers 15.15-18.30:
2 SCD classes for 2 levels with 1/4 hour break. 20.45-23.00 approx.: social dancing approx.: social dancing for intermediate and
advanced dancers, last minute programme decided by the teachers, which will include the dances taught
during the day.
Sunday 11 MARCH No SCD beginners on Sunday 9.45-11.30:a choice of 2 classes
either SCD class,
mixed ability class or Highland dancing (2 levels). 11.45-12.45 SCD, an opportunity
for all the dancers to get together again. 13h15: for those who wish,
lunch at
Campanile Part-Dieu 31, rue Maurice Flandin Forum Part-Dieu 69003 Lyon.
The restaurant has been totally refurbished, it is 2 minutes’ walk from
Part-Dieu station, Villette side.
Classes will be taught in
English, the
teachers being aware of the difficulties an international group might have in
understanding; Les and Janet will take each group in turn; Philippe and Christina
will share their time equally between the 2 classes. They will also play for
the social dancing evening on Friday night and Les and Janet will be our MCs. On
Sunday, the Highland class may be divided into 2 successive groups, to
accommodate the numbers and levels involved, including beginners.

on Friday: 12€
- 50€ inclusive of all classes and social
dancing on Saturday night ; 45€ for members
- Saturday classes only (beginners): 28€ /
members 24€
- Saturday dance only (no
beginners) : 12€
- Children under 16: 50%
Cancellation: we provide refunds up to 2 weeks
before the event. Then half the sums involved will be kept unless places are
filled. No refund less than 3 days in advance.

to availability, it is possible to stay in the home of some Scottish
Chanterelle dancers (first booked, first served)
